To claim your free bus travel, all you need to do is complete this short form - and upload a passport-style photo (a selfie is fine).

If you are under 18 (or applying for your child) you'll need to provide proof of age - either:

• A clear picture of your passport or birth certificate, or if you're over 16, a picture of your driving licence (full or provisional).
• A letter from an authorised professional who has known you more than 2 years - confirming your name, address and age.

To enjoy free travel for the whole of your birthday month, apply as soon as possible and at least 7 days before the first day of the month your birthday falls in. You can still apply in your birthday month, right up to the 15th, and get a pass for the rest of that month.
